You must complete both practice exams and one of the mock exams and send them to your allocated marker by the deadlines set out in the course schedule.
You must not copy the mock exam solutions. If you do so this will invalidate your pass guarantee.
You must achieve an average mark of at least 30% in your submitted practice and mock exams. This is to ensure you are putting in enough effort.
You must attend or watch the recorded versions of the masterclasses and make notes on the pass guarantee form.
Use the pass guarantee form to document your key learning points throughout your studies, submit within 1 week of the final exam.
You must confirm that you have read and understood the pass guarantee terms.

Importance of Solid Waste Assessment and Quantification: New Jersey Counties Case Study
This solid waste assessment study is a comprehensive analysis that can serve as an efficient decision-making tool for waste reduction and diversion, to help meet recycling goals. The authors note that while this research project is one the most comprehensive and up-to-date characterization studies performed in the State, they believe that more detailed studies will provide further needed information. In prior studies, food waste characterization studies were performed by estimating and modeling using proxy data, they recommend that the next food waste characterization studies be performed on-site at large food waste-generating commercial and institutional facilities to better understand the types and amounts of food waste being generated and separated. The future study may be performed at: restaurants, catering facilities, food wholesalers and distributors, food processing facilities, grocers, and large farm markets.
A solid waste assessment identifies waste generated at a facility, and purchasing and management practices; examines current waste reduction practices and assesses their effectiveness; and identifies the areas and materials in which waste reduction efforts will be most effective. These assessments may also be performed for municipal or private clients and at regional and state levels.
