You'll receive this quest from Arhu in the Cyseal City Legion Headquarters (#1) after accepting the quest The Fabulous Five from Mendius (#2). From Mendius you'll learn that Arhu created a robot to fight the undead, but that it stopped obeying orders and eventually went to a cave to the north, where it started attacking everybody.

[Slight spoilers] Arhu's failed experiment So, i'm having some issues in the quest mentioned in the title. My remote controller doesn't work for the bot. I use the deactivate weapons command, and he still fires every turn.

[Spoilers] Arhu's failed experiment WTF to the new Sparkmaster 5000 encounter... That was painful. He can two-shot pretty much any character, and can attack twice in a turn. The lightning bolt does over 200 damage to multiple units if he gets it off.

Megapal Feb 29, 2016 @ 7:08pm. how to save all the npcs. 1) get scoundrel, equip with immune to poison ring and robo controller in inventory. 2) stealth your scoundrel and run behind the robot with your party waiting out of sight. 3) activate hide once you're behind the robot.

I'm not sure exactly, but I believe at least 1 needs to survive if you want a side-event. One of those recruits will join the legionaries and be in charge with guarding the prison storage, basement of the building arhu is at. Otherwise, saving or killing the recruits won't change the story progression.

Arhu's Failed Experiment. This quest is bugged to ♥♥♥♥. I've beat the game before the ehanced edition, I know what to do to beat him, using the controller, but the controller LITERALLY DOESNT WORK in the Enhanced Edition. None of the combinations do anything.

Assuming you don't stun him with an electrical attack, you need to use the 3 buttons on the ground or the controller once per round in order to discharge the energy he uses for his ridiculous AoE attacks. Failure to do so will usually result in 1+ party members dying.

Can't complete Arhu's Failed Experiment on enhanced edition. Two of the fabulous five survived and I went down to the prison to speak with Viscous, but speaking with him did not complete the quest.

[BROKEN/BUG - FIXED] Arhu's Failed Experiment Gday guys. Whenever I go to kill SparkMaster5000, I use the remote - sleepy - sleepy - happy (to disable his weapons) and the SparkMaster5000 says some dialogue "my fuses are broken" (or something such) and next turn he does his sparkblast and kills the whole party anyway.

ARhus is missing upstairs in Arhu's failed experiment quest. So I didn't know I was supposed to go talk to Arhu upstairs at the HQ so I went straight to the cave and started talking to the 3 guys who got tricked by the fab five.

Arhu Failed Experiment Quest Bugged : (. The remote control doesnt work 50% of the time so it got to the point where I was just going to deactivate the robot (id get no xp) and even that didnt work. This robot can one shot anyone he wants so this is incredibly frustrating. A few possibilities: 1: It legit is bugged.
