ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਸਧਾਰਨ ਘਰੇਲੂ ਔਰਤ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਦਿਨ ਭਰ ਕੋਈ ਨਾ ਕੋਈ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਘਰ ਦੀ ਸਫ਼ਾਈ ਤੋਂ ਲੈ ਕੇ ਘਰ ਨੂੰ ਸਜਾਉਣਾ ਆਦਿ ਤਕ ਸਾਰੇ ਕੰਮ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਘਰ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਦਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਹ ਰੱਖਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਵੀ ਹਰ ਕੰਮ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਦੀ ਅਤੇ ਮਿਲਣਸਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਆਲੂ ਔਰਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਸਦਾ ਰੱਬ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਟੁੱਟ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਘਰ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇਦਾਰਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਆਗਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਦੋਸਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਕਸਰ ਬਾਕੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਛੱਡਦੀ।

ਘਰ ਦੇ ਨੌਕਰ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਂ ਵਰਗਾ ਹੀ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਦਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ, ਭੋਜਨ, ਕੱਪੜੇ ਆਦਿ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਵਾਲੀ ਔਰਤ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਮੰਦਰ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਇਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਮੰਦਰ ਵੀ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੋਇਆ ਹੈ। ਜਿੱਥੇ ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ-ਸ਼ਾਮ ਜੋਤ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਭਗਵਾਨ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਅੰਧਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸੀ ਜਾਂ ਰੂੜ੍ਹੀਵਾਦੀ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਛੂਤ-ਛਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦੀ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਤੋਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਉਦਾਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਵੱਡੇ ਦਿਲ ਦੀ ਮਾਲਕ ਹੈ।

 ਇਸ ਸੰਸਾਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਥਾਨ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਦੇ ਸਮਾਨ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿਉਂਕਿ ਹਰ ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੀ ਜਾਣ-ਪਛਾਣ ਉਸ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਨੌਂ ਮਹੀਨੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਕੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੱਖ ਕੇ ਮਾਂ ਨਾ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਜਨਮ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਸਗੋਂ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਜੀਵਨ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਹੀ ਸਵਾਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

 ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਇੱਕ ਪੜ੍ਹੀ-ਲਿਖੀ ਔਰਤ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਦੇ ਬਾਵਜੂਦ ਉਹ ਘਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਵੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰਾਹ ਖਿਆਲ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ । ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਅਤੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਵਿਚਕਾਰ ਇੱਕ ਸੰਤੁਲਨ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਏ ਰੱਖਿਆ ਹੈ ਇਸ ਹੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਢੰਗ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਭਾਲਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਰੋਜ਼ਾਨਾ ਦੀ ਦਿਨਚਰਿਆ ਸਵੇਰੇ 4:00 ਵਜੇ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ 4:00 ਵਜੇ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਵੇਰ ਦੇ ਕੰਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹ ਪੂਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਲਈ ਨਾਸ਼ਤਾ ਪਕਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੈਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰਾ ਭਰਾ ਦੋਵੇਂ ਸਕੂਲ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦੇ ਦਫ਼ਤਰ ਜਾਣ ਦੀ ਤਿਆਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਸ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਨਾਸ਼ਤਾ ਕਰਾਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਉਹ ਨਾਸ਼ਤਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸਕੂਲ ਚਲੇ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੋਣ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ-ਨਾਲ ਇੱਕ ਚੰਗੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾ ਵੀ ਹਨ।

ਜਦੋਂ ਉਹ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਨੂੰ ਘਰ ਆਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਹੋਮਵਰਕ ਨਿਪਟਾਉਣ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੇ ਭਰਾ ਦੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਘਰ ਦੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਚੀਜ਼ਾਂ ਦਾ ਪ੍ਰਬੰਧ ਵੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ, ਮਾਂ ਆਪਣੀ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਖੂਬੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ । ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਰੀਤੀ-ਰਿਵਾਜਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਾਲਣਾ ਬੜੀ ਲਗਨ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਸਾਡੇ ਘਰ ਸਾਰੇ ਤਿਉਹਾਰ ਪੂਰੇ ਰੀਤੀ-ਰਿਵਾਜਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਮਨਾਏ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਘਰ ਵਿਚ ਆਉਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹਰ ਮਹਿਮਾਨ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਖੁਸ਼ੀ ਨਾਲ ਸਵਾਗਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਮੇਰੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ, ਮਾਰਗਦਰਸ਼ਕ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਕ ਹੈ। ਉਸ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅੱਖਰ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ, ਬੋਲਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ, ਆਪਣੇ ਪੈਰਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਖੜ੍ਹਾ ਹੋਣਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ। ਸਹੀ ਅਤੇ ਗਲਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਫਰਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਸਿਖਾਇਆ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਮੈਂ ਇਹ ਕੰਮ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਸਮੇਂ ਮਾਂ ਮੇਰੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਜ਼ਬੂਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਖੜ੍ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਅੱਗੇ ਵਧਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਕਾਮਯਾਬ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਸਖ਼ਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਇਸ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਪੂਜਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਦੁਨੀਆਂ ਮਾਂ ਤੋਂ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੀ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਂ ਹੀ ਹਰ ਜਣੇ ਦਾ ਸਹਾਰਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਂ ਆਪ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਜਾਂ ਦੁੱਖ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋ ਸਕਦੀ ਹੈ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਦੇ ਵੀ ਮੁਸੀਬਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਦੇਖ ਸਕਦੀ। ਮਾਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਦੇਣ ਦੀ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਸੋਚਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਮਿਲਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਈਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ, ਸੱਚ ਬੋਲਣ ਦਾ ਸਬਕ ਸਿਖਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਅਕਸਰ ਕਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਆਪਣੇ ਦੇਸ਼, ਸਮਾਜ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡਾ ਦੇਸ਼ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਸਰਵਉੱਚ ਹੋਣਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਇੱਕ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰ ਨਾਗਰਿਕ ਬਣਨ ਲਈ ਵੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਿਤ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ।

ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਸੱਚਮੁੱਚ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਦੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਖੂਬਸੂਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਚੰਗੀ ਮਾਂ ਹੈ। ਹਰ ਰੋਜ਼ ਉਹ ਹਰ ਛੋਟੇ-ਵੱਡੇ ਕੰਮ ਵਿਚ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਹੁਣ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਲੱਗਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਰੱਬ ਹਰ ਥਾਂ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ। ਇਸੇ ਲਈ ਉਸ ਨੇ ਹਰ ਬੱਚੇ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਂ ਦਿੱਤੀ। ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਉਹ ਉਸ ਮਾਂ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਉਸ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਰਹਿ ਸਕੇ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਵੀ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਰੱਬ ਦਾ ਅਨਮੋਲ ਤੋਹਫ਼ਾ ਹੈ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਹੈ।

ਸੰਸਾਰ-ਭਰ ਦੇ ਸਿਆਣਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਮਹਿਮਾ ਬੜੇ ਜ਼ੋਰਦਾਰ ਸ਼ਬਦਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮਾਂ ਦੇ ਰਿਸ਼ਤੇ ਨੂੰ ਦੁਨੀਆ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਭ ਰਿਸ਼ਤਿਆਂ ਤੋਂ ਉੱਚਾ ਅਤੇ ਸੁੱਚਾ ਮੰਨਿਆ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਹ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਹਨ ਜੋ ਇੱਕ ਆਦਰਸ਼ ਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਬੀ. ਏ., ਬੀ.ਐੱਡ. ਹਨ।ਉਹ ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਧਿਆਪਕਾ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਆਪਣੀ ਡਿਊਟੀ ਬਖ਼ੂਬੀ ਨਿਭਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ।ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਧਾਰਮਿਕ ਵਿਚਾਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਧਾਰਨੀ ਹਨ।ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਜਲਦੀ ਉੱਠਦੇ ਹਨ।ਉਹ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਪੂਜਾ-ਪਾਠ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਸਾਦੇ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਫ਼-ਸੁਥਰੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਪਹਿਨਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਘਰ ਦਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਆਪ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਚੰਗੇ-ਚੰਗੇ ਖਾਣੇ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਆਉਣ ਦਾ ਬੜਾ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਪੌਸ਼ਟਿਕਤਾ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਪੂਰਾ ਧਿਆਨ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗਾ ਹੈ।ਉਹ ਸਦਾ ਖੁਸ਼ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਸੂੰ-ਹਸੂੰ ਕਰਦੇ ਚਿਹਰੇ 'ਤੇ ਅਨੋਖੀ ਚਮਕ ਰਹਿੰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਸਭ ਨੂੰ ਵੀ ਖ਼ੁਸ਼ ਰੱਖਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਤੀ ਨਾਲ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਬਗੀਚੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁੰਦਰ ਫੁੱਲ ਤੇ ਸ਼ਬਜ਼ੀਆਂ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਦੇਖ-ਭਾਲ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਸਮੇਂ ਘਬਰਾਉਂਦੇ ਨਹੀਂ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਨਾ ਦਾ ਸੋਮਾ ਹਨ। ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਵਿੱਚ ਵੀ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਕਿਸੇ ਪ੍ਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਵਹਿਮਾਂ-ਭਰਮਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਿਸ਼ਵਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਰੱਖਦੇ।ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਮੇਰੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ 'ਤੇ ਡੂੰਘਾ ਪ੍ਰਭਾਵ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਸਗੋਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹੁਤ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ।

ਮੇਰੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਾਜ-ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਵੀ ਬਹੁਤ ਸ਼ੌਕ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਮਹੱਲੇ ਦੀ ਇਸਤਰੀ-ਸਭਾ ਦੇ ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਵੀ ਹਨ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਭ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਤਿਕਾਰ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਮੈਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਜੀ ਉੱਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਾਣ ਹੈ। ਮੈਂ ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦੀ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਨਿਰੋਗ ਰਹਿਣ ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਲੰਮੀ ਹੋਵੇ।

ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਬਹੁਤ ਵਧੀਆ ਹੈ। ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਮੇਰੇ ਖਿਆਲ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਦੇ ਹੱਕਦਾਰ ਹਨ। ਪਰ ਉਹ ਕਦੇ ਸ਼ੇਖੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਮਾਰਦੇ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਗੁਣ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਚੰਗੀ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਪੜ੍ਹੇ-ਲਿਖੇ ਅਤੇ ਸੂਝਵਾਨ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਮਿਹਨਤੀ, ਦਿਆਲੂ, ਸੰਭਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਹੈ। ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਆਰ ਦੀ ਕੋਈ ਸੀਮਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ।

ਉਹ ਇੱਕ ਘਰੇਲੂ ifeਰਤ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾ ਰੁੱਝੀ। ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਉੱਠਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਸੌਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਉਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਲਈ ਖਾਣਾ ਪਕਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਡੇ ਕੱਪੜੇ ਧੋਦੀ ਹੈ ਅਤੇ ਸਾਡੀਆਂ ਸਾਰੀਆਂ ਜ਼ਰੂਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ

ਅਤੇ ਬਾਕੀ ਦਾ ਖਿਆਲ ਰੱਖੋ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ, ਫਿਰ ਵੀ ਕਦੇ ਥੱਕਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਸਤ ਨਹੀਂ ਲੱਗਦਾ। ਉਹ ਸਾਡੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਪਸੰਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਲਈ ਉਦਾਸ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਮੈਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਤਰੀਕੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦਾ ਹਾਂ। ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਪਿਆਰ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਖਭਾਲ ਮੇਰੇ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਦਾ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਖੁਸ਼ਹਾਲ ਦਿਮਾਗ ਲਈ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਦਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਮੈਂ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਚੰਗਾ ਹਾਂ। ਜੇ ਮੈਂ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਤੋਂ ਠੀਕ ਹੋਣ ਲਈ ਹਰ ਕੋਸ਼ਿਸ਼ ਕਰਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਡੈਡੀ ਲਈ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਪਕਵਾਨ ਪਕਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਉਹ ਮੇਰੇ ਅਤੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਭੈਣ ਦੇ ਸਵਾਦ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਕਾਉਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਸੇਵਾ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਰਬਾਨੀ ਨੂੰ ਨਹੀਂ ਭੁੱਲ ਸਕਦੇ। ਉਹ ਸਚਮੁਚ ਮਹਾਨ, ਪਿਆਰਾ ਅਤੇ ਦਿਆਲੂ ਹੈ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਾਂ ਵਾਂਗ ਸਹੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ, ਇਹ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਹਰ ਜਗ੍ਹਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ, ਇਸ ਲਈ ਉਸਨੇ ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਹੈ। ਛੋਟੇ ਬੱਚਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮਾਂ ਰੱਬ ਵਰਗੀ ਹੈ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਮਾਂ ਦੀ ਦਇਆ ਦਾ ਕਰਜ਼ਾ ਨਹੀਂ ਮੋੜ ਸਕਦਾ। ਉਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਆਪਕ ਹੈ। ਮਨੁੱਖ ਦੇ ਹਰ ਚੰਗੇ ਕੰਮ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਮਾਂ ਦਾ ਹੱਥ ਹੈ। ਸੱਚਾਈ ਇਹ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੁੱਧ, ਗਾਂਧੀ, ਲਿੰਕਨ, ਸ਼ਿਵਾਜੀ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਤਾਪ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦਾ ਜੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਕੋਲ ਇਕ ਮਹਾਨ, ਦਿਆਲੂ ਅਤੇ ਚੰਗੀ ਸੰਸਕਾਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਨਾ ਹੁੰਦੀ।

ਜੇ ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਬੀਮਾਰ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ, ਤਾਂ ਸਾਰਾ ਘਰ ਪਰੇਸ਼ਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਬਿਮਾਰਾਂ ਵਰਗੇ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਾਰਿਆਂ ਲਈ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ। ਮੇਰੀ ਮਾਂ ਸਚਮੁੱਚ ਗੁਣਵਾਨ ਹੈ। ਅਸੀਂ ਉਸਦੀ ਚੰਗੀ ਸਿਹਤ ਲਈ ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਾਂ।

ਬਹੁਤ ਹੀ ਹਸਮੁੱਖ ਸੁਭਾਅ ਦੇ ਮਾਲਕ ਹਨ, ਮੇਰੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਜੀ। ਉਹ ਬਹੁਤ ਵੱਡੇ ਘਰ ਨਾਲ , ਸੰਬੰਧ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ ਰੱਖਦੇ । ਇਹੋ ਕਾਰਨ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਉਹ ਜ਼ਿੰਦਗੀ ਵਿਚ ਬਹੁਤ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਦੇ ਰਹ ਹਨ । ਜਿੰਨੀ ਵੀ ਪੜ੍ਹਾਈ  ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਨੌਕਰੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਹੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ। ਮਿਹਨਤੀ ਹੋਣ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਮੈਨੂੰ ਹਮੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਮਿਹਨਤ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਹੀ ਸਿੱਖਿਆ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਇਮਾਨਦਾਰੀ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਗ-ਰਗ ਵਿਚ ਵਸੀ  ਹੋਈ ਹੈ ।

ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਨਜਾਇਜ਼ ਚੀਜ਼ ਉਹ ਆਪਣੇ ਘਰ ਦੀ ਚਾਰ-ਦਿਵਾਰੀ ਵਿਚ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਣ ਦਿੰਦੇ । ਰੱਬ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੇਰੇ ਸ਼ਾਮ ਯਾਦ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ । ਕੁਝ  ਸਮਾਂ ਉਹ ਇਸ ਪਾਸੇ ਵਲ ਜ਼ਰੂਰ ਲਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਨ ।

ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ  ਉਹ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਕੰਮ ਐਸਾ ਨਹੀਂ । ਕਰਦੇ ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਤਮਾ ਨਾ ਮੰਨੇ । ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਉਹ ਠੀਕ ਗੱਲ ਲਈ ਚੱਟਾਨ ਵਾਂਗ ਅੜ ਵੀ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਹਨ । ਪ੍ਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਸਾਇਆ ਸਦਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਸਿਰ ਤੇ ਬਣਾਈ ਰੱਖੇ।
