حاضرین محترم! آج کا دن ہم سب کے لیے عموماً اورخصوصاً اہل سمری کے لیے یقینا فرحت بخش اور روح پرور دن ہے۔ آج کی یہ شام کس قدر سہانی اور باد نسیم کی بھینی بھینی خوشبوؤں سے لبریز ہے۔ جس نے مشام جاں کو معطر کر رکھا ہے اور روح کو ایک نئی حیات،حرکت،حرارت اور نئی تازگی و توانائی دے رکھی ہے،

تمام لوگوں کے چہرے پرمسکراہٹ اور خوشی کی لہر ہے،سب کے دل امنگ،حوصلہ اور جذبات سے سرشار ہیں، موسم بھی خوشگوار،ماحول ساز گار،ا فضا مشکبار ، اور قلب و روح کو سکون و قرار ہے۔ اور گلشن یقین کی ہر کلی لالہ زار ہے۔ کہ 

وہ آئیں گھر میں ہمارے خدا کی قدرت ہے 

کبھی ہم ان کو کبھی اپنے گھر کو دیکھتے ہیں

حضرات گرامی! آج کی اس پر رونق بزم میں اس باوقار اسٹیج پر جن عالی مقام علماء ربانیین اور مہمانان عظام کا ہم استقبال کر رہے ہیں، وہ امت مسلمہ کا مخصوص طبقہ ہے، وہ نائبین رسول اور جانشین انبیاء ہیں، جن کی ذات بھنور میں پھنسی انسانیت کے لیے ناخدا کی حیثیت رکھتی ہے ، جو دین محمدی کے محافظ و نگہبان اور علوم نبوت کے شارح اور ترجمان ہیں (استقبالیہ کلمات)

میں آج کے اس اجلاس میں بصمیم قلب استقبال کرتا ہوں: عالی قدر حضرت مولانا کمال اختر ندوی صاحب (معاون ناظر عام ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ) کا جو اپنی گوناگوں مصروفیات کے باوجود اس حقیر کی دعوت پر یہاں تشریف لائے، اور اپنے قیمتی اوقات عنایت فرمائے۔ اسی طرح  میں استقبال کرتا ہوں محترم حضرت مولانا فخر الحسن صاحب ندوی ناظر شعبہ تعمیر و ترقی ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ کا ،کہ انہوں  اپنی کمزوری صحت اور بے پناہ مصروفیت کے باوجود اس عاجز کی التجا کی لاج رکھی، (خطبات استقبالیہ)

ہمارے شکریہ کے بے حد مستحق ہیں، فخر جھارکھنڈ  حضرت مولانا آفتاب عالم دھنبادی صاحب ناظم جامعہ ام سلمہ کہ وہ ہماری دعوت پر حاضر بزم ہوئے اور جلسہ کی صدارت قبول فرماکر رونق بڑھائی ، رفیق گرامی قدر مولانا مفتی محمد قمر الزماں ندوی جو ہر موقع پر ہمارے پروگرام میں شریک رہتے ہیں اور دامے، درمے قدمے سخنے ہمارا ساتھ دیتے ہیں وہ بھی بےحد شکریہ کے مستحق ہیں، مستقل سفر میں رہتے ہوئے بھی اس سفر کے لیے آمادہ ہوگئے تھے لیکن عین موقع پر ان کو سفر ملتوی کرنا پڑا،لیکن انتظامی امور میں برابر شریک رہے۔(استقبالیہ کلمات)

اسی طرح ہم اپنے جملہ سامعین، حاضرین اور مقامی حضرات خصوصا اہل سمری کی خدمت میں پر خلوص ھدیہ تشکر و امتنان پیش کرتے ہیں کہ انہوں نے اس جلسہ کوکامیابی سے ہمکنار کرنے کے لیے ہر قسم کی جانی و مالی قربانی پیش کرتے ہوئے اپنے جذبہ ایمانی کا مظاہرہ کررہے ہیں۔ (خطبات استقبالیہ)

حضرات علماء کرام و مہمانان ذی وقار و سامعین جلسہ۔ سرزمین سمری میں آپ حضرات کی آمد پر ہم صمیم قلب سے پھر ایک بار آپ سب کا استقبال کرتے ہیں، ساتھ ہی ہمیں احساس ہے کہ آپ حضرات کی یہ والہانہ محبت و عقیدت جن اعزاز و مدارات کی متقاضی ہے ، ہم سے اس کا عشر عشیر بھی ادا نہ ہوسکا چہ جائیکہ ہم اس  کی کما حقہ ادائیگی سے اپنے کو سبکدوش متصور کرسکیں۔ (استقبالیہ کلمات)

مگر آپ حضرات کے اخلاق کریمانہ  سے ہمیں امید قوی ہے کہ کوتاہیوں کو نظر انداز کرتے ہوئے ہمارے جذبہ محبت کو ذیل کے شعر کا مصداق سمجھیں گے۔

بڑا ہے درد کا رشتہ یہ دل غریب سہی 

تمہارے  نام پر آئیں گے غمگسار   چلے

مہمانان ذی وقار! سرزمین سمری جہاں اس وقت آپ حضرات تشریف فرما ہیں،  یہ صوبہ جھارکھنڈ کے شمالی سرحد پر واقع ہے، جب کہ پہلے یہ صوبہ بہار کا حصہ تھا۔ یہ پورا علاقہ کوہ لال ماٹی کے دامن میں مغربی جانب پھیلا ہوا ہے،یہاں زمانہ قدیم سے سنتھالیوں، آدی باسیوں اور مسلم برادریوں کی اکثریت رہی ہے، جو تعلیمی، تہذیبی اور مالی و اقتصادی پسماندگی کا شکار تھی۔ اس صورت حال کا فائدہ اٹھاتے ہوئے عیسائی مشنریوں نے قدم جمانا شروع کردیا اور آدی باسیوں کو بہت حد تک عیسائی بنانے میں وہ کامیاب ہوگئے، مسلمانوں کی طرف بھی انہوں ہاتھ بڑھانا شروع کردیا،ساتھ ہی دوسری طرف مسلمانوں کو شدھی کرن کرنے کی کوشش برادران وطن کی بعض تنظیموں کی طرف سے شروع ہوگئی، (خطبات استقبالیہ)

مگر قربان جائیے کہ اس وقت علاقہ کے ان چند پاسبان قوم اور ہمدردان ملت پر جنہوں نے بروقت خدا داد صلاحیت اور فکر و تدبر کو بروئے کار لاکر حضرت قاسم نانوتوی رح کے چلائے ہوئے مشن کو آگے بڑھانے کے لیے مدارس و مکاتب کاجال بچھانا شروع کردیا تاکہ مسلمانوں کو تشکیک و دہریت کی پرآشوب ہواؤں سے بچا کر ان کے ایمان و عقیدہ اور فکر و ذہن کی حفاظت کی جاسکے۔ چنانچہ اسی سلسلة الذھب کی سب سے اہم کڑی  "مدرسہ شمسیہ” گورگاواں اور دوسری کڑی ” مدرسہ حسینیہ تجوید القرآن ” دگھی ہے۔

اول الذکر کی بنیاد لکھنؤ سے تشریف لائے قطب زمانہ سید شمس الدین لکھنؤی رح نے 1901ء میں رکھی، جن کو ان کے شیخ نے اس علاقہ میں دعوت و تبلیغ کے لیے بھیجا تھا۔ اور دوسرے مدرسہ کی بنیاد ۱۹۵۲ء  میں رکھی گئی۔ ان دونوں اداروں کا فیض ہے کہ سنتھال پرگنہ کے مسلمان صحیح ایمان و عقیدہ پر قائم ہیں اور علم و تہذیب کے اعتبار سے یہ علاقہ پورے صوبہ جھارکھنڈ میں اپنا تفوق اور امتیاز رکھتا ہے۔ پھر چراغ سے چراغ جلتا رہا اور درجنوں مدارس یہاں قائم ہوئے۔ جن میں نمایاں نام  یہ ہیں۔۔۔۔ تفصیل کی وجہ سے اس کا تذکرہ چھوڑ رہے ہیں۔ (خطبات استقبالیہ)

ماضی میں دو تین عظیم ہستیاں یہاں کے لوگوں میں دعوت و تبلیغ کے لیے تشریف لائیں، اور انھوں نے انتھک کوشیش کیں، وہ ہیں :

حضرت مولانا سید شمس الدین لکھنؤی رح اور حضرت مولانا سید صفدر حسین صاحب بہار شریف اور ان کے صاحبزادے حافظ امیر اللہ صاحب ھیروا ڈیہ جو بہار شریف سے یہاں محض خدمت دین کے لیے تشریف لائے تھے۔مولانا صفدر حسین رح زمیں دار بھی تھے اور اس علاقہ میں ان حضرات کی خدمات روشن و تابندہ ہیں۔ اس علاقہ کے مسلمانوں میں ایمان و عقیدہ کی حفاظت اور ملی و مذہبی تشخص کی پاسداری میں امارت شرعیہ اور جمعیت علماء ہند کی انتھک خدمات کو کسی طرح فراموش نہیں کیا جاسکتا،

اسی طرح علاقائی اصلاحی کمیٹیوں اور انجمنوں نے بھی اس علاقہ میں نمایاں کردار ادا کیا ہے،جن میں اعلیٰ کمیٹی، انجمن اسلامیہ جمہوریہ،جمعیت الانصار اور اصلاح المسلمین کی خدمات کو بھلایا نہیں جا سکتا،اس علاقہ میں علماء کرام نے عصری تعلیم یافتہ حضرات، دانشوران اور سیاسی قائدین سے مل کر کئی اقلیتی ادارے اور دانشگاہیں قائم کیں، ان میں کئی ہائی اسکول اور کالج ہیں، جن میں نمایاں نام ہیں، پرسہ ہائی اسکول، بشن پور ہائی، دھپرا ہائی اسکول، سروتیہ ہائی اسکول،

ملت کالج پرسہ اور ابو الکلام آزاد کالج بسنت رائے ہیں۔ ان اداروں کو قائم کرکے یقینا ہمارے اکابرین نے ہم سب پر عظیم احسان فرمایا ہے، لیکن افسوس کہ ان اداروں کی جو شان و شوکت اور علمی تفوق اور شہرہ تھا، اس میں کیفیت اور کمیت ہر دو اعتبار سے بہت گراوٹ آگئی ہے اس کے بارے میں بھی اہل علم کو غور کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔ (استقبالیہ کلمات اردو)

حضرات ذی وقار! بڑی ناقدری و احسان فراموشی ہوگی اگر اس وقت بعض ان حضرات اکابرین کا تذکرہ نہ کروں، جنہوں نے اس علاقے کا ہی نہیں بلکہ پورے سنتھال پرگنہ اور صوبہ جھارکھنڈ کا نام روشن کیا اور اس خطہ کی ہر اعتبار سے آبیاری کی۔ انہوں نے امت مسلمہ کی بقا و تعمیر کے لیے زندگی وقف کردی، ان میں نمایاں نام حضرت مولانا صفدر حسین صاحب، مولانا سید شمس الدین صاحب، مولانا امید علی صاحب نیموہاں،ماسٹر تمیز الدین، مولانا رمضان علی صاحب گورگاواں،مولانا عبد المجید صاحب گورگاواں، مولانا حبیب عالم صاحب دگھی، مولانا جلال الدین قاسمی دگھی، مولانا خلیل الرحمٰن صاحب ، مکھیا عبد الکریم صاحب انجنا ، ماسٹر مجیب الحق صاحب۔ مولانا یار محمد صاحب مرغیا چک۔۔۔ 

مولانا علاؤ الدین عزیزی ،صاحب دگنی، مولانا نثار احمد کیفی صاحب، مولانا ابو الحسن علی صاحب سرمد پور ،مولانا اختر صاحب قاسمی سری چک ،جناب سعید احمد لوچنی، سابق ایم ایل اے و سابق وزیر حکومت بہار، مولانا ثمین الدین قاسمی اہیرو چلنا سابق ایم پی،مولانا الفت حسین قاسمی مولانا منیر الدین صاحب جہاز قطعہ،اور مولانا سلامت اللہ صاحب نیانگر،  پرنسپل عرفان صاحب پروفیسر اختر حسین صاحب پروفیسر عبد الحفیظ صاحب رحمھم اللہ تعالیٰ وغیرہ وغیرہ سر فہرست ہیں ۔

حضرات گرامی! ان ہی مخلص علماء اور اہل علم کی کاوشوں اور دعاؤں کا ثمرہ ہے کہ آج الحمدللہ یہ علاقہ علماء، حفاظ اور دانشوروں کی آماجگاہ بناہ ہوا ہے، جو دار العلوم دیوبند، مظاہر العلوم سہارنپور، اور دارالعلوم ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ کے تعلیمی و فکری منہج پر اسلامی شعبوں اور صحیح عقائد کی ترویج و اشاعت کا فریضہ انجام دے رہے ہیں اور فرق ضالہ اور منحرف فکر وخیال کے حامل فرقوں کا مردانہ وار مقابلہ کرکے ان کی بیخ کنی کرنے میں مصروف ہیں، یہی وجہ ہے کہ یہ علاقہ ان گمراہ جماعتوں اور فرق ضالہ کی ریشہ دوانیوں سے بالکل محفوظ ہے۔ (استقبالیہ کلمات اردو)

آج بھی علاقے کے بہت سے علماء مختلف شعبوں میں دینی، علمی، ملی،سماجی اور تصنیفی خدمات انجام دینے میں مصروف ہیں، جن میں مولانا ثمیر الدین قاسمی صاحب مقیم مانچسٹر، چیئرمین مون ریسرچ سنٹر انگلینڈ جو متعدد کتابوں کے مصنف و شارح ہیں اور جن کی فلکیات پر گہری نظر ہے،  مولانا عبد الحمید نعمانی استاد مطالعہ مذاہب و ادیان دار العلوم دیوبند و سکریٹری آل انڈیا مجلس مشاورت۔ 

مولانا غلام رسول قاسمی شیخ الحدیث اصلاح المسلمین چمپا نگر بھاگلپور،مولانا مبارک حسین قاسمی، مولانا نشاط صاحب لائبریرن اسمبلی لائبریری پٹنہ۔ 

مدرسہ عربیہ سانکھی خرد، مولانا اکرام الحق ندوی اسوتا، مولانا عبد العزیز قاسمی ملکی، مولانا ادریس صاحب مظاہری کیواں،۔۔۔۔ مولانا محمد قمر الزماں صاحب ندوی، جنرل سیکریٹری مولانا علاءالدین ایجوکیشنل سوسائٹی جھارکھنڈ،

حضرات گرامی ! آپ اس وقت جہاں تشریف فرما ہیں، یہ مدرسہ "حسن البناء شہید” کے نام سے موسوم ہے، یہ مدرسہ بھی علاقہ کی اہم علمی ضرورت پوری کر رہا ہے، اگر چہ لاک ڈاؤن کی مار ابھی تک جھیل رہا ہے اور اس کے منفی اثرات سے نکل نہیں پایا ہے، لیکن پھر بھی عزم جواں ہے اور حوصلہ بلند ہے کیونکہ

نہیں ہے ناامید اقبال اپنی کشت ویراں سے 

ذرا نم ہوتو یہ مٹی بہت زرخیز ہے ساقی 

حضرت مولانا نذر الحفیظ ندوی ازہری رح  اس ادارہ کے سرپرست تھے، جو لاک ڈاون میں اللہ کو پیارے ہوگئے،اللہ ان کو غریق رحمت کرے اور جنت الفردوس میں اعلی مقام نصیب فرمائے آمین۔وہ اس ادارہ کے لیے بہت فکر مند اور کوشاں رہتے تھے اور ہمیشہ اپنے مخلصانہ مشورے سے نوازتے رہتے تھے کچھ سالوں پہلے وہ یہاں سالانہ اجلاس میں تشریف بھی لائے تھے۔ (استقبالیہ کلمات اردو)

بہر حال یہ ادارہ بہت ہی کسمپرسی اور نامساعد حالات اور نشیب و فراز سے گزرتا رہا ، حالات بہت آئے ، لیکن خاکسار  مایوس کبھی نہیں ہوا، حالات آتے ہی ہیں،عروج و بلندی کے لیے، آخر یہ وقت ہمایوں آپہنچا کہ آج ذمہ داران ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ کا ایک موقر وفد ہمارے درمیان تشریف فرما ہے، جو یہاں سے واپسی کے بعد اپنا تجزیہ اور رپورٹ پیش کرےگا اور ان شاء اللہ اس ادارہ کا دار العلوم ندوۃ العلماء لکھنؤ سے باقاعدہ تعلیمی الحاق ہوجائے گا ،اس سے ہماری  اور اہل علاقہ کی ایک دیرینہ تمنا پوری ہوجائے گی۔انشاءاللہ تعالیٰ 

حاضرین محترم! اگرچہ یہ علاقہ تعلیمی اعتبار سے بہت پسماندہ تو نہیں ہے، لیکن معاشی اعتبار سے بہت کمزور ہے اور یہ علاقہ اعلیٰ تعلیمی ادارہ اور مرکز کے اعتبار سے آج بھی بہت پسماندہ ہے، آپ سب واقف ہیں کہ قوموں کی تعمیر و ترقی میں سب سے اہم کردار تعلیم کا ہوتا ہے، تعلیم ہی سے قومیں پروان چڑھتی ہیں، اس سے ہی وہ اچھا انسان اور اچھا شہری بنتا ہے،اور قوم و سماج میں اپنی جگہ بناتا ہے،آپ سب دعا فرمائیں کہ یہ ادارہ بھی دن دوگنی رات چوگنی ترقی کرے اور امت مسلمہ کے نونہالان کے لیے یہ مدرسہ ایک بہترین تعلیمی و تربیتی مرکز ثابت ہو، اور آپ سب بھی ہمارے ساتھ اس کارواں اور قافلہ میں شریک ہوں اور اس مدرسہ کو اپنا خصوصی تعاون فرمائیں اور اس کے لیے دامے درمے قدمے سخنے بھی تعاون کے لیے ہر وقت تیار رہیں۔ (استقبالیہ کلمات) 

حضرات! یہ قصئہ پارینہ طویل تر ہوگیا اور ہم نے آپ کا بےحد قیمتی وقت لے لیا، لیکن بقول شاعر

” گاہے گاہے باز خواں ایں قصئہ پارینہ را "

کے تحت ان پرانے قصوں کو کبھی کبھی دہراتے رہنا بھی چاہیے تاکہ آنے والی نسلیں ان کو ذہن نشین رکھتے ہوئے عبرت حاصل کرتی رہیں۔ کافی دیر تک سمع خراشی کے بعد معذرت خواہی کے ساتھ دوبارہ اپنے مہمانان گرامی نیز تمام حاضرین کا تہہ دل سے شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے رخصت کے خواستگار ہیں، یہ کہتے ہوئے کہ ہم زبان و بیان بلکہ زمین و آسمان سے بھی زیادہ وسعت رکھنے والے اور ایمانی تقاضوں اور روح اسلامی سے مملو، پرخلوص جذبات تشکر کو دعائیہ تعبیر میں آپ حضرات کا پھر ایک بار خیر مقدم کرتے ہیں۔(استقبالیہ کلمات)

• Topic:  Choosing a topic for a welcome speech is the next thing to do. Ask yourself, who are you welcoming, and why are you writing this speech for? Who are your audiences? College students ? Employees? High School students? Children? Your topic would depend on your audience as well.
•  Introduction : Your introduction does not have to be very lengthy. Your introduction should be short and to the point. You are merely telling the topic of your speech but not the speech itself. Avoid dragging the introduction and mistaking it for the body of your speech.

محترم صدر عالی وقار!! عزیز سامعین کرام!! السلام علیکم۔ آج میری تقریر کا عنوان کچھ ایسا ہے کہ مجھے یقین ہے تقریر کے اختتام تک یہاں موجود ہر شخص کی آنکھیں پُرنم ہوں گی اور دماغ کے پردے میں پرانا وقت فلم کی طرح دوڑے گا۔

عزیز لوگوں! اسکول اور کالج کا آخری دن متضاد کیفیات کا حامل ہوتا ہے۔ اس دن سخت بندشوں میں جکڑی روٹین اور پڑھائی سے آزادی بھی ملتی ہے، جبکہ کئی سال وہاں گزارنے کے بعد وہاں سے جاتے ہوئے دل اداس بھی ہوتا ہے۔

طلبا اپنے اسکول کے آخری دن کو مختلف انداز سے یادگار بناتے ہیں۔ کئی طلبا کچھ ایسا کرتے ہیں جو ان کے اسکول اور پیچھے رہ جانے والے ان کے دیگر جماعتوں کے طلبا کو یاد رہے اور اس کے لیے وہ انوکھے طریقے ڈھونڈتے ہیں۔

عزیز سامعین اس روز ان اساتذہ سے بچھڑنے کا بھی غم ہوتا ہے جو اس پوری اسکول یا کالج کی زندگی میں برے لگتے ہیں اور وہ ہم جماعت جن سے بہت اچھی بات نہیں ہوتی ان سے آخری مرتبہ گلے لگتے ہوئے بھی آنکھوں میں آنسو آجاتے ہیں۔ اس دن سب دوست کہتے ہیں ہم رابطے میں رہینگے لیکن دل گواہی دیتا ہے اور یہ دنیا کا دستور بھی ہے کہ انسان جہاں جائے وہیں کا ہوکر رہ جاتا ہے سو سب دوست زندگی کا اگلا سفر شروع کرتے ہیں, راہیں الگ ہوتی ہے اور دنیا کی اس بھیڑ میں دوست گُم ہوجاتے ہیں۔ وہ جن سے روز بات ہوتی تھی جن کے ساتھ گھنٹوں گزرتے تھے اب ان سے بات کرنے کے لیے وقت نکالنا پڑتا ہے۔

احبابِ کرام وہ اساتذہ جن کی باتیں کبھی اہمیت کی حامل نہیں ہوتی تھیں اب وہ باتیں یاد آتی ہیں اور ان کی اہمیت کا اندازہ ہوتا ہے۔ اس آخری دن اسکول اور کالج کے ہر کارنر پر کی گئی تفریح آنکھوں کے سامنے آجاتی ہے اور یوں لگتا ہے کہ دل کسی نے مٹھی میں دبوچ لیا ہے۔ یہ خیال ہی جان لیوا ہوتا ہے کہ ہماری جگہ اب کوئی اور لے لے گا۔

صدر عالیٰ وقار کہتے ہیں اسکول کا زمانہ بہترین زمانہ ہوتا ہے اور اس کا اندازہ ہمیں اس آخری دن ہی ہوتا ہے کہ واقعی اب یہ جگہ جہاں دن کا بہت سا وقت گزرتا تھا اب یہ جگہ شاید ہم سالوں میں کبھی دیکھیں۔ اسی طرح کالج اور یونیورسٹی کے آخری دن بھی ہمیں سب سے زیادہ دکھ اپنے دوستوں سے بچھڑنے کا ہوتا ہے۔ ہم نے جو بہت خواب دیکھے ہوتے ہیں زندگی بھر کے لیے آج دل کرتا ہے کہ وقت ہی رک جائے۔  اس دن کی مناسبت سے کسی شاعر کے کچھ اشعار پیش کرنا چاہوں گا :

اس دن تمام طلباء اپنے دل کی باتیں کرتے ہیں کیونکہ انھیں علم ہوتا ہے کہ اب انھیں یہ موقعہ شاید دوبارہ نہ ملے۔

صدر عالیٰ وقار اس دن جو ڈر ہر بات پر غالب ہوتا ہے وہ اس بات کا ہوتا ہے کہ اب بہترین دوست اجنبی بن جائیں گے۔

کچھ اشعار عرض کرنا چاہوں گا؀

اس دعا کے ساتھ اجازت چاہوں گا کہ اللہ میرے تمام دوستوں کو کامیاب کرے۔ آمین۔ آپ سب کی سماعتوں کا شکریہ۔
